The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality (with a strong preference for experience with Hyatt brands), exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, management, and business development. You will be at the forefront of representing our brand to hotel partners, leveraging technology and marketing insights to maximize sales opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service. Duties Lead and execute comprehensive outside sales strategies to attract new hotel clients and expand existing partnerships. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop targeted marketing campaigns that highlight our hotel experience solutions, utilizing digital tools including Salesforce for pipeline management and analysis. Cultivate strong relationships with hotel decision-makers through proactive outreach, negotiations, and personalized account management. Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor research, and industry networking events. Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience with exceptional service standards. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and product development to tailor solutions that meet hotel client needs and enhance their experience. Qualifications Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the hospitality or related industries. Strong management skills with experience leading high-performing sales teams. Expertise in business development, account management, negotiation, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital tools such as Salesforce for analysis and reporting purposes. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans based on data insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels within hotel chains.
