Job Description
Responsibilities Achieve revenue targets for assigned restaurants. Oversee and drive four-wall EBITDA performance. Develop and implement strategies to close gaps between actual performance and company projections. Lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable to brand and market standards. Establish a strong recruiting and training program for store managers. Prioritize and resolve store performance issues, focusing on those with the greatest financial impact. Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and all local, state, and federal regulations. Enforce all brand standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements. Review and approve maintenance expenses submitted by store managers. Coach and mentor store managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and operational performance. Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Foster collaboration, teamwork, and efficiency across the district. Demonstrate a passion for teaching, continuous improvement, and achieving operational excellence. Thrive in a fast-growing environment while supporting team development and company success. Requirements 2+ years of experience in restaurant operations management; drive-thru experience preferred. 2+ years of multi-unit management experience with full P&L responsibility. Proficiency in Back-of-House (BOH) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills at all levels. Ability to develop and execute effective training programs aligned with company goals. Advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial procedures. Opportunity to earn up to $18,000 in annual bonuses in addition to base salary.
