What You'll Be Doing Driving total hotel revenue across guestrooms, groups, events, and social spaces Hunting for new business and building lasting client relationships Bringing group, corporate, entertainment, and lifestyle business through our doors Representing Moxy South Beach at industry events, networking functions, and throughout the Miami market Partnering with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to create winning strategies Leading and motivating a sales team that plays to win Keeping a pulse on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities Creating buzz, building partnerships, and keeping Moxy top-of-mind throughout South Florida Who You Are A proven hotel sales leader with a track record of crushing revenue goals Well-connected in the Miami and South Florida market Comfortable prospecting, negotiating, presenting, and closing business A natural relationship-builder who can connect with anyone from a Fortune 500 executive to an event planner looking for the next great venue Experienced with Marriott systems and sales platforms preferred Competitive, creative, and always looking for the next opportunity Why You'll Love It Here Because Moxy isn't like every other hotel.
