C SEED N1
MicroLED 4K unfolding indoor TV, the
C SEED 201
  • the world's largest unfolding outdoor MicroLED TV
  • and the C SEED Supermarine MicroLED TV. The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with a branch office in Dubai, UAE, and a showroom in Beverly Hills, California and Hong Kong SAR, in China. We are seeking a new team member to actively support us as: Senior Sales Manager
  • Audio Visual In this role, you will be responsible for driving C SEED sales growth across the US market by developing strong client relationships, you will focus on identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to successful project delivery—while establishing and executing a market strategy to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
The role also requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and new HNWI
  • & B2B-clients as well as vendors, and partners in the AV-industry.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with our headquarters in Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Maintain a proactive hunter mindset with a strong focus on opening new doors and expanding market presence
  • Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term strategic client relationships
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Advise clients on Audio Visual solutions tailored to technical and commercial needs
  • Actively prospect, identify customer requirements, close deals, and generate repeat business
  • Partner with internal technical teams to develop custom solutions and deliver compelling proposals
  • Collaborate closely with our HQ and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports
  • Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and industry events
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging AV technologies
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales within Audio Visual, technology, or luxury solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality combined with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel For this position, we offer an annual base salary starting from $ 80,000.
