Build a Recurring Six-Figure Income in Luxury Real Estate & Vacation Rentals Coastal Retreats Luxury Vacation Rentals is a boutique luxury vacation rental management company specializing exclusively in high-end homes along Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach and Destin. Top performers in this role have the potential to build a recurring multi-six-figure income stream through long-term commissions with no cap on earnings. Unlike traditional sales roles where commissions reset every year, this structure compounds over time as your portfolio grows. We are known for delivering top-of-market rental performance, industry-leading listing quality, and a highly personalized ownership experience. Our growth has been intentional and highly selective, focusing only on premier luxury homes within our core market. Position Overview This is a high-performance sales role focused exclusively on acquiring luxury vacation rental properties in the Miramar Beach and Destin market along Scenic Highway 98. This role is purely business development and owner acquisition. Listing setup, onboarding, operations, pricing, and guest management are all handled internally by our team, allowing you to focus entirely on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new management agreements. We are looking for someone who is highly driven, relationship-oriented, confident in sales conversations, and motivated by long-term income potential. CompensationBase Salary $75,000 annual base salary for the first 12 months, $50k for the next 12 months, and then $35k a year after that with no cap on commissions earned in perpetuity. Commission Structure Recurring quarterly commission paid in perpetuity on qualified properties you bring into the program and retain. Commission Formula $500 paid quarterly for every $25,000 in gross rental revenue generated by each property during the previous quarter Example Earnings Potential 5 properties averaging $250K/year revenue = approximately $25,000/year recurring commissions 10 properties averaging $250K/year revenue = approximately $50,000/year recurring commissions 20 properties averaging $250K/year revenue = approximately $100,000/year recurring commissions 40 properties averaging $250K/year revenue = approximately $200,000/year recurring commissions Top performers who consistently acquire high-quality luxury inventory can build substantial recurring long-term income. Performance Requirement Must sign a minimum of 2 qualifying properties within the first 90 days of employment Property Requirements To qualify for commission compensation: Properties must be located along Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach or Destin Properties must meet Coastal Retreats' luxury home standards Properties must be projected to generate approximately $200,000+ annually in gross rental revenue Key Responsibilities Prospect and acquire luxury vacation rental management clients Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, investors, realtors, and developers Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads Conduct owner meetings and management presentations Negotiate and close management agreements Represent Coastal Retreats professionally within the luxury real estate and vacation rental market Ideal Candidate Strong sales and closing ability Self-motivated and highly driven Professional communication and presentation skills Existing relationships within the Miramar Beach or Destin luxury market preferred Experience in luxury sales, real estate, hospitality, or vacation rentals preferred Comfortable networking and building long-term client relationships Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term approach to income growth Why Coastal Retreats Boutique luxury brand with a strong market reputation Proven rental revenue performance across the portfolio Exclusive focus on high-end luxury inventory Highly concentrated geographic market Extremely high upside compensation structure with no cap Long-term recurring income potential from every property acquired Strong operational team already in place so sales can focus purely on growth To apply, please send your resume and a brief introduction outlining your relevant experience and local market connections.
