Position Summary We are seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Service & Business Development Manager to take our established service department to the next level. In this role, you won't just manage daily operations; you will actively build and execute a strategy to transform our service branch into a high revenue division. The ideal candidate will master the ins and outs of our current operations and then lead the charge in expanding our market footprint. This includes pioneering recurring service contracts, standardizing high-margin repair operations, and driving new business development across the Southwest Florida area.

      Full-Time (with field and office environments) Key Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsDivision Growth & Business Development
        Drive Revenue Expansion:
        Develop and implement strategies to aggressively scale the service division, targeting both new repair business and long-term maintenance contracts.
          Local Networking:
          Leverage your knowledge of the Southwest Florida area to generate fresh business opportunities, partnerships, and recurring client accounts.
            Customer Excellence & Feedback:
            Proactively solicit client feedback, evaluate technician performance trends, and ensure uncompromised customer satisfaction to foster brand loyalty and repeat business. Operational Leadership & Financial Oversight
              Maximize Profitability:
              Monitor the financial health of each work order, identify project risks early, and maintain precise margin control.
                Performance Audits:
                Conduct post-mortem reviews on projects landing +/- 5-10% outside expected margins to celebrate wins, address mistakes, and establish repeatable best practices.
                  Team & Schedule Management:
                  Schedule, coordinate, and lead field technicians, ensuring optimal route efficiency, time-goal compliance, and precise material tracking.
                    Estimate Ownership:
                    Oversee, price, and approve all service estimates before delivery to clients.
                      Supply Chain Coordination:
                      Optimize van stock organization and collaborate with the production manager to ensure timely material procurement. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
                        Regional Expertise:
                        Strong familiarity with the Southwest Florida area and a proven track record of generating new business.
                          Technical Knowledge:
                          Excellent, hands-on understanding of motorized shutter systems, screen systems, and general field mechanics.
                            Experience:
                            Minimum 1-2 years in a Senior Technician or Field Leadership role, paired with an estimating background.
                              Education:
                              High School Diploma with 2+ years of additional technical training, or a bachelor's degree in construction management.
                                Software Proficiency:
                                Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products. Jobber service software and ClockShark knowledge a plus.

                                  Outstanding communication, sharp organizational talent, the resilience to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and the proven ability to expertly handle and resolve customer concerns .                                       • Dynamic split between a professional office environment and active field/site visits.
                                      • Must be comfortable working outdoors across all seasonal Florida weather elements.
                                      • Ability to navigate varied job site conditions to conduct accurate estimates.
                                      • Requires typical physical stamina for a construction management role: frequent sitting, standing, repetitive wrist/arm motions, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
                                      • Must utilize standard personal protective equipment (PPE) like hard hats and safety glasses when on-site.
                                      Pay:
                                      $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
