Sales Manager/Coordinator

Overview Our Dental Office is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager/Coordinator to lead our sales initiatives and foster strong client relationships. T The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, multilingual abilities, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence through strategic outreach, negotiation, and customer engagement. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target high-end clients and expand the sales pipeline across various channels Conduct outside sales efforts through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings to generate new business opportunities Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently Engage in public speaking engagements and presentations to promote products or services to potential clients Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster customer loyalty and ensure outstanding customer service Qualifications Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse client bases Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Experience in a dental environment is recommended. Excellent public speaking, customer service, and outbound sales capabilities Knowledge of retail math, inventory control, marketing strategies.
