About Us We are an aesthetic clinic specializing in high-performance laser hair removal treatments. We are seeking passionate professionals who are driven by sales and management and want to grow with us. Job Description We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our unit in Ocoee, Florida. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and ensuring excellence in customer service. Responsibilities Performance Management and Team Development You will be responsible for ensuring that the entire team contributes to achieving the clinic's targets. This includes monitoring individual performance of each team member, actively participating in consultations and laser sessions to guide and train, and continuously developing your team through feedback and coaching. Customer Journey and Quality Standards Ensure each customer receives a consistent and excellent experience at every stage. You must monitor the quality of service and treatments, implement and maintain the clinic's service standards, and identify improvement points in the customer experience. Lead Management and Consultation Follow-up Monitor how the team is receiving and qualifying leads, ensure proper attention to each potential customer, verify that the best scripts and conversion techniques are being used, and manage the consultation schedule to optimize flow. Strategies for New Customer Growth Be proactive in bringing more new customers through analysis of acquisition channels, implementation of marketing and sales strategies, partnerships and referrals, and tracking results with continuous adjustments. Cancellation Management Identify reasons for cancellations, implement strategies to reduce them, monitor trends and patterns, and propose proactive solutions. Crisis and Conflict Management Manage customer complaints, handle adverse reactions to treatments, resolve internal conflicts, and always seek solutions that protect the clinic's reputation and customer satisfaction. Knowledge Transfer Share technical knowledge with your team, communicate best commercial practices, keep the team updated with new protocols and techniques, and create a culture of continuous learning.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in team management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Technical Skills:
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools (preferred)
  • Experience with online scheduling systems (preferred)
