Business Development Manager

Job Title:

Business Development Manager We are looking for a driven, outgoing, and results-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our brand through strategic relationships, networking, and sales. This is not a behind-the-desk role. You will be out in the community, building connections and turning them into real business. If you enjoy being in the room, making introductions, and closing opportunities, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through networking, relationship building, and consistent outreach Represent the company at events, networking functions, and community gatherings Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, designers, and referral partners Visit real estate offices and key partners to create ongoing business opportunities Lead community outreach efforts to increase visibility and brand presence Support marketing initiatives and local brand positioning Assist with planning and executing events that drive client and partner engagement Handle occasional personal and business-related errands as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills Naturally outgoing and confident in social and sales environments Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred Familiar with the Palm Beach market is a plus Organized, proactive, and results-driven Must have a reliable car and be comfortable traveling locally

Compensation:

Hourly rate plus commission Compensation based on experience Strong earning potential for someone who consistently generates and closes business Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, luxury service brand

Pay:

$28,800.00 - $96,000.00 per year
