Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are a construction materials and specialty products company seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team at our new warehouse in Palm City. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate sales team to meet sales goals Manage daily store operations (inventory, merchandising, POS) Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff development Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries Monitor cash handling, payroll, and store performance Implement promotions and marketing initiatives Maintain store standards, policies, and safety compliance

Requirements:

2+ years of sales management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with POS systems and inventory management Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (preferred) •Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)•
