Backed by experienced operators and growth-focused leadership, the company is building scalable technology solutions for contractors and service-based businesses nationwide. Position Overview We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Director to lead and scale our sales organization. This role will oversee business development efforts, sales process optimization, pipeline management, and revenue growth initiatives while helping build a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate is both a leader and a builder — someone comfortable developing strategy while remaining hands-on in closing key opportunities and mentoring a growing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's sales organization and revenue strategy Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives and SDRs Develop scalable outbound and inbound sales processes Own pipeline forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking Drive new business development and strategic partnerships Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations teams Assist in refining pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy Maintain CRM accuracy and sales performance metrics Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows Help establish a strong sales culture focused on accountability and growth Qualifications 2+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, home services, or technology Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling environments Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing ability
