This individual will play a key role in driving revenue, developing sales representatives, improving team performance, and helping expand the company's presence throughout the region. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong sales management experience, a competitive mindset, and the ability to build a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the roofing sales team Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives Drive revenue growth through coaching, accountability, and performance management Monitor KPIs, sales activity, and pipeline performance Assist sales reps with closing large opportunities and complex deals Develop and improve sales processes and systems Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and performance reviews Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction Help expand referral and partnership opportunities within the local market Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasting Qualifications Previous roofing or home services sales management experience preferred Strong leadership and coaching abilities Proven track record of driving sales performance and team growth Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing KPIs, pipelines, and sales reporting Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Compensation & Opportunity Competitive compensation structure with strong earning potential Performance-based bonuses and incentives Career growth opportunities within a growing company Leadership role within a respected roofing organization Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and team success
