Sales Manager / High-Ticket Closer (Automotive - PPF, Tint, Wraps) Pompano Beach, FL (PGC Wrap) Base + High Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential) About Us PGC Wrap is a high-end automotive styling company specializing in paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tint, and vinyl wraps. We work with luxury and exotic vehicles, delivering premium quality with top-tier materials like XPEL. If you understand high-value clients and know how to close deals, not just talk, this is for you. The Role We're looking for a sales killer who can take incoming leads + generate new ones and turn them into paid jobs consistently. This is NOT a beginner role. You must be comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and closing high-ticket services ($1,000-$10,000+). Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with all incoming leads immediately
• Perform high-volume outbound calls (50-100+ per day)
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and closed deals
• Handle objections (price, competition, hesitation) with confidence
• Upsell services (full PPF, ceramic coating, tint packages)
• Track all activity in CRM and maintain pipeline
• Work closely with the shop team to schedule and deliver jobs ⸻

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

(NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 3+ years of proven sales experience (cold calling

)

• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
• Strong closing skills (not just customer service)
• Fluent English (Spanish is a big plus)
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel etc.)
• Money-driven, competitive, and hungry
