Commission-based (High earning potential) About the Role Dan's Property Consultants is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company, meeting with homeowners in the SW Florida area to provide expert design suggestions and competitive pricing for remodeling projects—specifically focusing on kitchens and bathrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and seeing a project through from the initial sketch to the final result. What You'll Do •

Consult & Design:

Meet with customers face-to-face to understand their vision and provide creative solutions with a focus in kitchen and bathroom renovations. •

Technical Estimating:

Use design software to create layouts, develop material "takeoff" lists, and provide accurate project pricing. •

Project Management:

Manage the sales cycle from the first meeting through job scheduling and final payment. •

Collaborate:

Work closely with the company owner, office staff, and field crews to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For •

Industry Knowledge:

Solid understanding of construction design, remodeling, and new builds. •

Local Presence:

Must be located in or near Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte and able to travel for on-site client meetings. •

Proven Closer:

A track record of successful sales and excellent customer service. •

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency with design software and the ability to manage estimates, invoicing, and scheduling via desktop and mobile apps. Bonus Points For •

Bilingual Skills:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a major plus. Desired Traits •
