We are seeking a Sales Professional to grow our presence in the community by developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare and senior‑care referral sources. This is an outside sales position focused on face-to-face relationship building, business development, home care referral development, and digital marketing initiatives. Is This You? ✔ Proven success in outside sales or business development ✔ Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships ✔ Able to quickly establish trust and credibility ✔ Results‑driven and confident converting prospects into loyal clients ✔ Comfortable with cold calling and in‑person visits ✔ Experience in home care, senior services, or healthcare preferred ✔Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho and AxisCare is a plus Sales experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services is preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed business development goals. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including: Hospital case managers Assisted living communities Skilled nursing & rehab facilities Home health agencies Hospices Physicians' offices Fiduciaries and community partners Conduct daily face-to-face sales calls to generate referral leads Plan and participate in community marketing and networking events Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools and reporting processes Collaborate with internal leadership to support overall growth initiatives Utilize and maintain CRM systems including Zoho and AxisCare to track outreach, referrals, and opportunities Collaborate with leadership on digital marketing initiatives, including social media engagement, online outreach, and lead-generation campaigns (digital marketing experience preferred) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + bonus/commission structure Mileage reimbursement Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive, collaborative, and mission‑driven team environment Preferred Qualifications Sales experience in home care, senior services, or healthcare Home care industry knowledge strongly preferred Existing referral relationships within the healthcare or senior-care community Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho and AxisCare Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities Strong computer skills and CRM experience Degree or equivalent experience in business or a healthcare-related field Ready to Make an Impact?
