We are looking for a driven professional with strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills who can generate new business opportunities and help grow our construction division in:
  • New Residential & Commercial Construction
  • Renovations & Remodeling
  • Home Additions
  • Investment & Development Projects The ideal candidate is energetic, ambitious, confident, and passionate about sales, business development, and creating long-term client relationships. ⸻ What You'll Do
  • Generate and develop new client opportunities
  • Build relationships with investors, realtors, developers, property owners, and business professionals
  • Promote Taurus Builders' construction and renovation services
  • Manage leads and follow up consistently through CRM systems
  • Attend networking events and business meetings
  • Present proposals and help close construction projects
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and project management teams
  • Help position Taurus Builders as a leading construction company in Tampa Bay ⸻ Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales, construction, real estate, or business development experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to generate leads and build strategic relationships
  • Professional appearance and strong networking ability
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus
