Job Description

Join One of the most promising brands in Fast casual dining Pasta di Guy is experiencing expansion and is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Marketing & Franchise Sales to help lead our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and ownership team to build brand awareness, generate franchise leads, and drive franchise sales throughout the country. Position Overview The Director of Marketing & Franchise Sales will be responsible for the execution of our marketing initiatives for both corporate owned stores and Franchises, while also participating in franchise development efforts. You will work side-by-side with the founders to help shape the future of the Pasta di Guy brand. Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for both corporate owned stores and franchise opportunities Manage digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing spending Coordinate with owners, vendors, agencies, and creative partners Franchise Development & Sales Generate and qualify franchise leads through digital marketing, networking, events, and strategic partnerships Execute the franchise sales process : Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and franchise opportunity meetings Track and manage leads using CRM systems Develop franchise recruitment strategies to support expansion goals Qualifications Required 2+ years of marketing, business development, or related experience Experience in digital marketing: SEO, Social media, SCM, Strong sales and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms Preferred Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality experience Digital marketing and lead generation expertise Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Franchise sales commissions Over $90,000 total earning potential in Year 1 , with uncapped commission opportunities Significant growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding company Direct access to ownership and executive leadership Opportunity to play a key role in building a nationally recognized franchise brand If you're ready to help drive our growth and elevate an emerging brand, we'd love to meet you.
