This is not a passive role—we are looking for a hunter, a relationship builder, and a strategic closer who thrives in a high-performance environment. What You'll Do Steward our brand while growing a portfolio of established and emerging collectors Own and aggressively drive all gallery sales with clear revenue targets Build, cultivate, and convert relationships with high-net-worth collectors, designers, and advisors Place significant works with discernment, aligning each acquisition with the client's long-term vision
  • Cultivate new relationships within a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities—locally, nationally, and internationally
  • Execute targeted, results-driven marketing campaigns that generate qualified buyers
  • Lead client outreach with urgency and persistence—calls, private viewings, events, and follow-ups
  • Curate and position artwork to maximize sales impact and client engagement
  • Represent the gallery with authority at events, exhibitions, and within elite art circles Who You Are
  • A closer with a documented history of high-value sales in fine art or luxury sectors
  • Deeply knowledgeable in modern and contemporary art with the ability to sell with confidence and authority
  • Highly competitive, self-driven, and motivated by results and financial success
  • Skilled at building trust quickly and converting relationships into sales
  • Strategic thinker who understands how to position art within a luxury lifestyle context
  • Polished, persuasive, and relentless in follow-through Requirements
  • Proven, verifiable sales record in fine art (preferred) or comparable luxury market
  • Strong art historical knowledge and genuine passion for contemporary work
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Winter Park, Florida Compensation
  • Base salary + uncapped commission
