Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to regional markets to maximize revenue growth and market share. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking. Conduct outside sales activities including client visits, product demonstrations, and industry events to promote our solutions effectively. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize account management processes. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting company objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads in the region. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a diverse sales team. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analyzing data. Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and strategic planning.
