WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a professional sales role. You'll meet homeowners, build trust, and guide them through solutions that genuinely help their families. Perform roof inspections and create video assessments for homeowners Educate customers on the restoration and insurance process Present honest, value-driven solutions with confidence Build your pipeline through daily outreach and lead generation Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Year Consultants:

$80,000 - $120,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission

Top Producers:

$150,000 - $200,000+ annually

Leadership Roles:
