Family Service Counselor

Qualified Candidates:

Excellent people and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills 2+ years in a sales position Review contracts for accuracy and completeness Help families with compassion and escalate to the cemetery sales manager as appropriate Follow sales initiatives and work with fellow team members to achieve goals Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Full-time, Non-Exempt Pay :

When meeting sales goals, counselors are expected to earn between $60,000.00

• 100,000 per year.

Pay is hourly plus commissions

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with weekend rotations
