Food Truck Manager / Lead Operator We're looking for a strong leader to run one of our high-volume food truck operations throughout Georgia. This is NOT your average food truck job. We need someone organized, fast-paced, professional, and able to lead a team during busy events, festivals, corporate catering, and large-scale activations. Based in Georgia Weekend availability

Pay Range:

$22.00 - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Manage daily truck operations Lead and supervise staff during service Handle setup, breakdown, and event execution Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck Track inventory and communicate shortages Ensure fast ticket times and smooth customer flow Handle POS systems and end-of-day reporting Maintain food safety and operational standards Assist with loading/unloading and prep coordination Represent the Eggroll Boyz brand professionally at all times

Requirements:

Previous food service or management experience preferred Must be dependable and able to work in fast-paced environments Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license required Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required Ability to drive and maneuver large food trucks/trailers is a PLUS Weekend and evening availability required We're building something BIG, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
