Spice is a premier, high-end movement and fitness studio dedicated to empowerment, structural athletic progression, and community. We curate upscale spaces where confidence meets high-ticket skill mastery. We are currently in a hyper-focused scaling phase and are seeking an ambitious, highly structured Studio Sales & Community Manager to optimize our schedules, lead our digital presence, and directly hit our revenue growth targets.The Position:
As the Studio Sales & Community Manager, you are the heartbeat and operational driver of Spice. This is a multi-faceted role designed for an autonomous leader who loves boutique fitness, high-end hospitality, and digital marketing. Instead of just "managing a desk," you will be directly responsible for scaling our community, maintaining studio ambiance, and hitting strict monthly studio revenue metrics. Your compensation structure is completely transparent: a steady, reliable monthly base salary with clear, capped monthly cash bonuses directly tied to hitting our $15k and $20k business revenue goals.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Execution:
Actively convert inbound leads into long-term members, sell high-ticket multi-week workshop series (like our signature Afterglow progression), and book out premium weekend studio rentals.Social Media & Content Curation:
Own the Spice digital footprint. Film, edit, and schedule aesthetic content (Instagram Reels & TikTok) that showcases our classes, instructors, and community culture daily.Community Expansion:
Plan, market, and execute strategic monthly local community events, pop-ups, and studio workshops to maximize local brand awareness and organic traffic.Operations & Aesthetic Control:
Oversee the daily environment. Manage the class roster and instructor schedules, quickly handle customer service inquiries, and ensure the studio is always a meticulously clean, beautifully lit, atmospheric, and pleasing environment.Who You Are:

You think like a business owner. You don't wait for direction; you identify workflow efficiencies and execute targets flawlessly.Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in fitness studio management, boutique retail leads, membership sales, or high-end hospitality/spa management (Preferred). Demonstrated success in hitting sales quotas or growing brand social media channels. Exceptional verbal, written, and administrative organization. Flexibility to work select evenings or weekends to support community events and peak weekend rentals.Compensation & Clear Bonus Tiers:
Guaranteed Base:
$2,500.00 / month ($30,000.00 / year) Milestone Bonus Tier 1: Hit $15,000.00 in monthly studio gross revenue = +$300.00 cash bonus for that month. Milestone Bonus Tier 2 (Target): Hit $20,000.00 in monthly studio gross revenue = +$800.00 total cash bonus for that month.Note:
Monthly performance bonuses are capped at a maximum of $800.00 per month to align with internal capital restructuring allocations.Perks:
