Right now, revenue is driven by relationships, estimating flow, and reactive opportunities. CRM is not fully embedded. Pipeline visibility is limited. Forecasting is not predictable. The business has outgrown the informal approach. That is where you come in… You will design and build the entire commercial sales engine. From targeting and pipeline structure through to qualification, forecasting, and margin discipline. You will align sales with estimating and operations and install a system that actually scales. Privately owned and operating on EOS, the company has strong leadership, clear growth targets, and a defined path to $200M+ by 2030. Delivery is proven. The next phase is building the front-end structure to match it. Key Requirements ? 10+ years commercial construction or roofing sales experience ?
