Job Description

You will be aligned to the Poultry Division and located in Gainesville, GA. On a given day, you may: The Director Service Sales Operations will lead the back-office sales function within the division, managing a department that that includes sales engineers, sales support, project managers, structural work, market intelligence and demand planners. This department is responsible for executing the JBTM market to order and order to cash process within the division, including leading the management efforts of quotation preparation, execution of orders and other related matters embedded in the daily sales practice to ensure quality. You will ensure that the correct organizational set-up for sales operations, the appropriate level of resources are available, and that processes are efficiently applied, to support frontline sales staff in maximizing sales, to increase revenue and profitability. You will act as the interface between the division sales operation function and the regional sales/sales operation function and ensure a smooth cooperation.
Main Deliverables:
- Responsible for the sales operations activities in the industry in such a way that the sales work can be done in the most efficient and effective way in alignment with global processes. Including determining and setting performance management goals (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the market to cash process
- Develops the infrastructure required within the industry to ensure an efficient sales process
- Setting the sales operations strategy as defined for the region and the industry
- Collaborate with Front line sales and management to foster the sales pipeline and support the front office with creating solutions for opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.
- Defines and monitors metrics, pipeline management, and demand planning forecast accuracy.
- Supports the escalation from the region, with solving problems and sharing knowledge
- Aligns the operational work and activities with the regional sales operations, including the skills matrixes, capability matrixes, training and mentoring programs, review processes etc. Coach and develop team members Build relationships with cross functional teams within the Division
- Responsible for the industry pre-sales and post-transaction calculations.
- Works closely with the Sales Director to ensure a seamless process and maximization of margins. Skills and Abilities

- Strong communication skills and ability to manage subject-matter experts from varied background and nationalities
- Ability to be part of and lead fast-paced teams as a leader and a member.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master degree in business preferred BS degree in engineering, or similar relevant subject to align with industrial food processing equipment product line- Minimum of 5 years of management experience within an industrial manufacturing environment Strong sales engineering background (application engineering background with strong financial acumen) Ability to travel up to 40% Must be authorized to work in the US now and in the future without company sponsorship #Hybrid - onsite 4 days a week, working remote - 1 day a week We are committed to our employees and will provide you with development and opportunities to allow you to be the best version of yourself at work, at home, and in your community.
