Job Description

Business Development Manager The main job Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market in plastics compounds. Identify and target key markets, industries, and customer segments based on market research and industry trends. Generate leads, engage potential clients, and build relationships to achieve sales targets. Work with Marketing and Product teams to create value propositions and sales materials that support growth. Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure new business. Understand customer needs to tailor solutions and enhance satisfaction. Track sales metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and explore new business avenues. We expect Bachelor's degree in related field preffered; MBA a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with other relevant sales/CRM software and analytics platforms. Conversational, proficient, fluent, or native in Spanish preferred. B2B sales, knowledge of customer service and dealing with customers Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the plastics and/or chemical industry required (compounds and polymers focus a plus). Excellent communication and public speaking skills Negotiation and relationship-building capabilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales. Independent thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and execute plans to achieve objectives. Willingness to travel.
