✨ Sales Manager for Premium Windows, Doors & Dream Remodels

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our home remodeling team, specializing in windows, kitchens, and baths . In this role, you will meet with residential customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and close high-quality remodeling projects. Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with prospective clients. Evaluate customer needs and propose creative, functional design solutions. Present and sell remodeling products and services (windows, kitchen and bath solutions). Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and internal project teams. Prepare and deliver detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge. Attend industry events, trade shows, and company training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or construction. Knowledge of windows, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and remodeling processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Digital marketing knowledge Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years experience in windows, kitchen, or bath sales. Familiarity with design software ( Pro Kitchen, 2020 Design, or similar). Background in construction, interior design, or related field is a plus. Contacts with local Developer, Architects, Designer and Home builders would also be a plus.
