Area Sales Manager About the Role We're hiring an Area Sales Manager to grow revenue across an assigned territory through face-to-face client engagement. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to closing and account management — while helping shape regional strategy based on market data. What You'll Do Build and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company revenue goals Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within your territory Conduct in-person product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through consistent relationship-building Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using sales software Analyze market trends and sales data to adjust your approach and report on performance Collaborate with internal teams on product feedback and customer satisfaction initiatives Support and mentor junior sales team members as needed What We're Looking For Proven sales experience, ideally with technical products or services Strong skills in territory management, lead generation, and account management Comfortable with sales tracking and CRM tools Clear, confident communicator — written, verbal, and in-person presentations Self-directed with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities Analytical thinker who uses data to solve problems and refine strategy Why Apply This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role with real ownership over a defined region.
