What You'll Do Drive Growth & Create Opportunity Prospect and generate new business opportunities within your region Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals Identify client staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions Build Strong Client Relationships Develop long-term partnerships through consistent communication and follow-up Conduct in-person, virtual, and phone sales meetings Attend networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings Deliver exceptional client service and ensure customer satisfaction Become a Staffing Solutions Expert Learn and promote all Ambassador Personnel service offerings including: Temporary staffing Temp-to-hire Direct hire placements Present tailored workforce strategies that solve real business challenges Own the Sales Process Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Negotiate contracts and service agreements Support onboarding and ensure a smooth client transition Maintain accurate reporting, activity tracking, and revenue forecasting What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in staffing sales, business development, or a fast-paced sales environment Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Confidence building relationships and closing deals Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a team environment Why Join Ambassador Personnel? $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
