Hotel Properties Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Regional Director of Sales to oversee and lead sales efforts across an 10-hotel portfolio located throughout Georgia, Alabama, and the Jacksonville, Florida markets. This role is based in the Atlanta, GA area and requires a dynamic leader with strong multi-property experience, a passion for revenue growth, and a hands-on approach to sales strategy, prospecting, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue across all properties Lead proactive sales efforts, including heavy prospecting, client acquisition, and account management Oversee group sales, including coordination, negotiation, and execution of group business Independently manage all sales efforts across the portfolio to achieve revenue and performance goals Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify opportunities Maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, and third-party partners Ensure alignment with brand standards and company objectives across all properties Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of multi-property hotel sales experience required Previous experience in a regional or area sales leadership role preferred Hilton and IHG sales certification strongly preferred Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets Strong experience with group sales and coordination
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Delphi, Meeting Broker, and Salesforce Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Core Competencies:
Exceptional prospecting and business development skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire operation teams Deep understanding of hotel operations and sales processes
Additional Requirements:
Must be based in the Atlanta, GA area Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
