General Sales Manager

Jim Falk Motors of Maui - Chevrolet / Cadillac / GMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. Based in Kahului, HI, this role offers a lucrative compensation package ranging from $150,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly. The General Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Oversee daily dealership sales operations across multiple brands including Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, Nissan, and Hyundai. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers. Analyze sales data and market trends to capitalize on opportunities. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to advance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts. Requirements Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies. Familiarity with Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC brands is preferred.
