Since 1962, we've been a cornerstone in Iowa for RV Service, Parts and Sales and we're expanding. We're looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to lead from the front, develop people, and drive performance—while focusing on providing top-notch customer experience. What You'll Do This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the tone for your team and the entire sales experience. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction Work deals, close opportunities, and support your team in real time Ensure all deals are clean, compliant, and ready for the business office Manage leads, pipeline activity, and daily sales performance Maintain a clean, well-merchandised lot and strong online presence Build a culture that reflects our values What We're Looking For 5+ years of RV/Automotive sales management experience Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable Strong understanding of desking, deal structure, and closing Experience managing salespeople and sales operations Ability to move fast, think clearly, and solve problems on the fly A leadership style that builds trust and drives results
Schedule:
Monday
  • Saturday 8:00am
  • 5:00pm (Sundays off and a day off during the week) Must be available for
Saturdays Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range:
90,000
  • 200,000+ (salary + commission) PTO, sick time, and paid holidays 401k plus matching Health, dental, and life insurance with a portion paid by employer
