Automotive Dealership Sales Manger Join a Dealership Group Built on 90+ Years of Success Vaughn Automotive is a family-owned and operated automotive group that has proudly served Iowa customers since 1934. Representing Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram, we are one of the region's premier automotive retailers with a consistent sales volume of 200+ new and used vehicles per month. We are seeking a proven Automotive Sales Manager who thrives in a high-volume environment and has the leadership skills, drive, and competitive spirit to help take our sales operation to the next level. If you're an aggressive desk manager who loves pursuing deals, coaching salespeople, appraising trades, and closing customers, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do As a key member of our sales management team, you will:  Lead, coach, and motivate sales consultants to maximize performance  Desk new and used vehicle deals  Appraise customer trade-ins  Conduct TOs and assist salespeople in closing opportunities  Structure deals to maximize gross profit while maintaining customer satisfaction  Monitor CRM activity, follow-up, and sales process execution  Train and develop sales staff on objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques  Collaborate with F&I and inventory teams to achieve dealership goals  Drive accountability and create a high-performance sales culture  Aggressively pursue every viable sales opportunity What We're Looking For  Previous Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Sales Professional experience  Strong desking, trade appraisal, and deal structuring skills  Proven track record of driving sales and profitability  Excellent leadership and team-development abilities  Strong communication and customer-relations skills  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment  Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset  Valid driver's license Why Vaughn Automotive?  Family-owned and operated since 1934  Representing Ford, GM, and Stellantis brands  Consistent 200+ monthly unit sales volume  Established customer base and strong market presence  Supportive ownership and experienced management team  Opportunity to work alongside 2 additional Desk Managers and an experienced Management Team Compensation & Benefits  $120,000+ annual earning potential  Performance-based compensation plan  Health, dental, and vision insurance  401(k) with company participation  Paid vacation  Employee vehicle purchase program  Ongoing training and professional development Ready to Join a Winning Team?
