Edencrest at Kettlestone is seeking a Community Relations Director (CRD) to lead our community outreach strategy, build meaningful relationships with referral partners, and support occupancy growth through exceptional engagement and service. AKA:
Your Superpowers) Drive Community Engagement & Referral Growth Develop and execute community relations and outreach strategies to support occupancy, awareness, and referral growth.

Support the full prospect journey in partnership with the Director of Sales and Marketing, including inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and move-in coordination as needed.

Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and relationship trends to support a strong and sustainable occupancy plan. Build Strong Relationships Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners, community organizations, and professional stakeholders.

Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, case managers, senior centers, churches, and other referral sources.

Participate in community outreach, networking events, and professional organizations to elevate our brand and presence. Lead Community Outreach Efforts Plan and host outreach events, open houses, educational programs, and networking activities to promote engagement and generate leads.

Collaborate with the Executive Director and corporate Marketing team on campaigns, printed materials, and promotional strategies.

Maintain a visible and professional presence in the local market that reflects our mission, values, and vibrancy. Partner Across Departments Work closely with sales, nursing, life enrichment, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective residents and families.

Participate in team huddles, meetings, and community activities to stay connected to daily operations.

Provide accurate and timely reporting to leadership regarding referral trends, outreach activity, and market feedback. Create Exceptional Experiences Ensure every family, referral partner, and community contact feels heard, supported, and valued.

Promote a culture of hospitality, responsiveness, and proactive communication.

Support initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and long-term retention. What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Relationship-Building Skills) ? Education & Background Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.

Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or relationship-based roles strongly preferred. ? Outreach & Relationship Experience Proven success in community relations, outreach, or sales-adjacent roles.

Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.

Strong presentation, communication, and follow-up skills. ? Skills & Competencies Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Yardi, Sherpa, Enquire) or ability to learn quickly.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ? Professional Traits Empathy and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
