What You'll Do:
Answer phones and assist walk-in customers Identify and order parts (small engine, automotive, equipment) Manage inventory and restocking Coordinate with mechanics/technicians Track orders and ensure customers are updated Help increase parts and service sales Keep front area organized and running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (this matters most) Organized and dependable Comfortable using computers and looking up parts Basic knowledge of engines, equipment, or auto parts Ability to handle multiple tasks at once Bonus if you have: Parts counter experience Mechanical background Sales experience
Compensation:
