Job Description The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! Our Young Mazda store in Idaho Falls is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team! If you are passionate about automotive sales leadership, customer service, and driving dealership growth, this is an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a growing, family-owned organization. We are looking for a proven automotive sales leader who can motivate and develop sales teams, maximize dealership profitability, drive consistent performance, and create exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to leadership, accountability, and long-term success. 1 Responsibilities Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time Commit to grow professionally and personally Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models Manage an effective inventory turn for both new and used vehicles Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership Actively participate in effective training and development meetings Maintaining customer experience scores Qualifications A passion for growth A desire to make a difference A proven work ethic consistent with our culture A proven history of success leading a team in the automotive industry Demonstrated success as a trainer A clean driving record The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
