Center for Professional Development CPD Program Director for K-12 Development Description of Position Working within the NNU Center for Professional Development (CPD), the Program Director for K-12 Development is responsible for developing new and nurturing existing CPD instructor and organizational relationships and promoting
CPD K-12
market reach. Additionally, this position supports the internal K-12 operations. The CPD Program Director for K-12 Development is under the direct supervision of the Director of CPD Operations.
Requirements:
Essential Functions Develops and implements strategies to grow our K-12 market and third-party partnerships. Connects with K-12 stakeholders (internal and external) to build strong relationships and identify new partnership opportunities Maintains current partnerships through consistent, pro-active communication, improving processes, and providing opportunities. Attends K-12 conferences (in-state and out-of-state) to network with potential partners. Processes submitted courses and ensures they meet our quality standards. Provides support to students and instructors through phone and email. Monitors and analyzes program performance metrics and ROI, and adjusts strategies as needed. Senses and seizes opportunities for growth. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Master's degree in a related field (education, business, etc.) One to three years of experience as an educator in a school Ability to travel (in-state and out-of-state) The University requires that all candidates be Christians (preferably in the Wesleyan tradition), and must be comfortable with, in agreement with the mission and lifestyle values of NNU Preferred Current K-12 teaching certificate Four years of experience working in a K-12 or educational environment Compensation Salary determined by the educational background and experience of each applicant.
