Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our dealership. This energetic leader will oversee all aspects of the sales department, develop strategic sales initiatives, and cultivate a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for high-end sales, and a proven track record in B2B and retail automotive sales. Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share in high-end automotive markets Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, negotiation, and upselling techniques Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels for retail and wholesale needs Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports that inform decision-making Conduct regular public speaking engagements and presentations to promote our vehicles, products, or services at events or community gatherings Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication across all client interactions Support dealership operations by coordinating with finance, service departments, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Qualifications Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management with a focus on high-end or B2B markets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases Demonstrated success in building and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and inventory control processes Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and interpersonal interactions Experience in dealership operations or automobile sales is preferred but not mandatory Ability to lead by example in outbound sales efforts such as cold calling and outreach campaigns Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to retail or automotive sectors Join us as a General Sales Manager if you're passionate about leading teams, driving growth through innovative sales techniques, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
