The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase store performance, developing staff through training and coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor customer service levels and take corrective action as needed. Provide feedback to staff on performance and development needs. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss progress and address any issues. Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
