About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (Sales Representative) to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to target new clients in the retail display, merchandising, and commercial fixture industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in retail, brands, and corporate merchandising teams. Present and pitch Retail First's custom retail display solutions to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, and production) to develop tailored solutions for clients. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and sales metrics. Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Experience in retail displays, merchandising, or commercial fixtures is highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-based role. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
