Drive to achieve results Review with goals and Targets with General Manager monthly Coordinate and organize weekly sales meetings with all sales staff Recruit, hire, train and oversee your team of salespeople Requirements Extensive experience in automotive sales Proven track record of success in sales Intimate knowledge of the automotive industry Excellent customer service skills A positive attitude Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to multi task A valid driver's license and acceptable drivers abstract Other duties as assigned.
