multi-unit retail executive sales experience leading commission-based sales teams. •Fashion industry strongly preferred. VP of Sales and Stores 70% travel/in-stores About the Brand Our clothing brand is where retail meets energy, style, and performance. Our stores are high-touch, high-intensity environments where salespeople are performers-and results matter. We are looking for a leader who lives and breathes the floor, fashion and building high-performance sales culture. The Role . The VP of Sales/Stores will spend much of their time in-market, working directly with store teams to elevate selling behavior, enforce standards, and build a best-in-class commissioned sales culture. This is not a desk job. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, on-the-floor leadership role. What You'll Own In-Store Sales Excellence Train, coach, and develop store teams on selling techniques, styling, and customer engagement Drive conversion, UPT, AOV, and overall client experience Commission Culture Leadership Instill a performance-driven, commission-based mindset across all stores Identify, develop, and retain top sales talent Field Coaching & Accountability Spend 70%+ of time in stores observing, coaching, and elevating performance Hold store leaders accountable to sales metrics and behaviors Playbook Development Create and implement a repeatable sales playbook that scales across locations Partner with SVP on aligning field execution with broader strategy Talent Development Build a pipeline of top-performing Store Managers and sales associates Identify high-potential individuals and accelerate their growth Real-Time Feedback Loop Bring insights from the field back to leadership (customer behavior, product feedback, team dynamics) Act as the connective tissue between stores and HQ Who You Are 10-15 years of experience in high-performance, commission-based sales environments You've built your career on the floor , not just in corporate You are: A natural coach -you make people better quickly Obsessed with sales behavior and performance metrics Comfortable giving direct, real-time feedback High energy, highly present, and deeply credible with frontline teams What Success Looks Like Noticeable lift in store-level sales performance within months Consistent selling standards across all locations Strong bench of top-performing, commission-driven sales talent Store teams that are confident, competitive, and highly engaged
