Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing outside sales strategies to attract new members and expand existing relationships Support management in planning and implementing B2B (business-to-business) sales campaigns to target corporate clients and partners Engage in active business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic alliances Manage key accounts through personalized service, ensuring member satisfaction and retention Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data trends, and optimize outreach efforts Lead negotiations with prospective members or partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that promote membership benefits and organizational offerings Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or management roles with a focus on technology or technical sales Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and relationship building Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and analyzing performance metrics Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate others, and drive results Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail A proactive attitude with a passion for growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences
