This is an individual contributor role that focuses on generating new commercial contracts while also supporting and growing existing customer relationships. The majority of your time will be spent prospecting new opportunities across the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana markets, targeting building owners, property managers, and maintenance leaders. Deal sizes typically range from $12K to $70K, with an average of $25K. Sales cycles typically range from a few weeks up to 3-4 months for larger accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a role with limited travel, as most client meetings are conducted virtually.
