Job Description
The Regional Director of Sales, ANZ, is responsible for leading and growing a high-performing sales team across the Australia and New Zealand region. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will drive regional growth, build deep client relationships, and ensure customers are realising maximum value from Cornerstone's technology and services.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Customer Excellence, Customer Engagement, and Customer Support teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes, while identifying new opportunities to expand Cornerstone's footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance cultureDevelop and execute regional strategies to achieve customer and business objectivesAttain or exceed sales quotas by identifying customer challenges and aligning Cornerstone's products and services to deliver compelling solutionsDrive regional growth through strategic campaigns and cross-functional collaborationBuild and expand relationships across customer organisations, engaging stakeholders at all levelsChampion customer centricity, adding value at every interaction and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfactionServe as the primary business contact for clients, ensuring seamless delivery of solutionsWhat You'll Bring Experience & Expertise5+ years of leadership experience in a sales environmentProven track record in software sales, ideally within enterprise applicationsExperience developing pipeline opportunities and closing complex dealsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationshipsSkills & AttributesStrong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skillsAbility to take a consultative approach to prescribing and recommending talent management strategiesExcellent relationship-building skills, both with clients and across internal functionsConfident presenter, able to engage and influence at all levels including senior leadershipCollaborative team player who knows when to work independently and when to leverage internal resourcesPassionate about customer success while maintaining a balanced approach that protects business interestsCreative problem-solver with flexibility, integrity, and strong attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and perform well under pressureWillingness to travel as required
