You'll be the face of Alpha and Omega Construction—representing us at networking events, generating leads, and strengthening relationships in the community. What You'll Do:
Office Management & Administration Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization Answer phones, manage job scheduling, and input leads into software Maintain company records, permits, compliance, and documentation Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee relations Maintain a clean and organized office space, delegating maintenance tasks as needed Coordinate with leadership, field crews, and vendors for seamless operations Business Development & Brand Growth Be the face of the company at Chamber of Commerce events, networking functions, and community outreach initiatives Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and potential clients Follow up on leads and create strategies for new business opportunities Assist with marketing and content creation to enhance brand visibility Develop and implement growth initiatives to drive company success Collaborate with leadership to refine sales and outreach strategies
What We're Looking For:
A proactive, innovative team player who takes ownership of their role Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Experience in office management and/or business development (construction industry experience is a plus) A natural networker with the ability to build relationships and represent the company professionally Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive A results-driven mindset with a passion for business growth and community engagement Why Join Us?
