Manage and train sales managers and sales representatives to ensure performance goals are met. Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), set sales quotas, and Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs). Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals including continuous process improvement. 25% domestic travel required.
