Monthly Bonus Schedule:
Flexible | Territory Travel Required Why This Role is for You This is for someone who wants to own their territory within Food & Bev , build strong client relationships, and see direct results from their effort. You'll represent a fast-growing company bringing high-demand food products to market. What You'll Be Doing Drive new client acquisition across your territory Meet face-to-face with retailers, distributors, and partners Expand product presence within existing accounts Identify new growth opportunities and untapped markets Partner with internal teams to hit aggressive sales goals Attend networking events and industry functions Track pipeline and activity through CRM What We're Looking For Food and Beverage Experience Required 3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience Strong prospecting and lead generation skills Results-driven with a track record of hitting targets Comfortable in a field-based, travel-driven role Excellent relationship-building skills Food/beverage/distribution experience preferred What You'll Get Competitive base + monthly bonus structure Full benefits package Autonomy to manage your territory Advancement opportunities in a growing company MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
