We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Studio Sales Manager to lead studio growth, drive membership sales, build community partnerships, and create an exceptional member experience. What You'll Do Sales Leadership Drive membership sales and revenue growth Convert leads into long-term members Manage lead follow-up and sales pipelines Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals Monitor studio KPIs and performance metrics Team Leadership Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales associates Partner with Flexologists and ownership to build a high-performing team Conduct staff meetings and ongoing coaching sessions Create schedules and support daily studio operations Community Engagement Represent StretchLab at local events and networking opportunities Build relationships with businesses, healthcare providers, fitness facilities, and community organizations Execute local marketing and outreach initiatives Help establish StretchLab as the leading wellness destination in the community Member Experience Deliver exceptional customer service Support member retention initiatives Ensure studio cleanliness, professionalism, and operational excellence Maintain strong relationships with members and guests What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2+ years of sales management, fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry leadership experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to motivate and develop a team Comfortable networking and representing the brand in the community Proficiency with CRM and scheduling systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in fitness, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or membership-based businesses Community networking and event marketing experience Experience managing sales pipelines and lead generation programs Why StretchLab?
