$80,000•$90,000 (DOE)•Job Responsibilities Support the Vice President in managing and coordinating existing customer accounts and ongoing business operations. Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure stable supply and high customer satisfaction. Handle RFQs, prepare quotations, and support pricing analysis to meet profitability targets. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost competitiveness while maintaining quality and delivery standards. Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and inventory with both domestic and offshore vendors and customers. Communicate regularly with the parent company and overseas partners, providing accurate updates to internal teams. Assist in identifying opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and product lines (no cold calling or new client acquisition). Support the development and implementation of customer service strategies to maintain long-term relationships. Coordinate closely with purchasing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive parts industry (OEM experience preferred). Experience in quotation handling, supplier coordination, and price negotiation. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings is a plus. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Japanese language skills are a plus but not required. Additional Information This role focuses on existing customer support (Inside Sales); no new business development or cold calling required. Occasional domestic/international travel may be required.
